They are Windows Mobile apps. There is no central store for Windows applications (for desktops, laptops and netbooks) -e.g Adobe Photoshop, Microsft Office, etc; Developers do not need to custumize their applications for Nokia Booklet, because it is a standard PC, running standard Windows PC OS. There is no such thing as Windows apps, as you mean them. They are Windows Mobile apps.
